Changes in submitting requests via the Support Desk

 

To ensure we handle your requests efficiently and accurately, we kindly ask that you log the following types of requests through our Client Portal:


  • Website Access Request
  • User Onboarding Request
  • User Offboarding Request
  • Device Setup Request
  • Mailbox Access Request
  • SharePoint Access Request
 

Once logged in, navigate to the “Form Templates” field to find and complete the relevant request form.


For customers with SLA visits included in their Business Agreement:

Please log a ticket in the client portal for any tasks you would like the engineer to complete during the visit and the request will be forwarded to the assigned engineer.
