We offer telephone support as either part of your IT support package, or on an ad-hoc chargeable basis. We can remotely administer your network and resolve issues over the phone directly with your users. Scaled to the size of the business, we offer our clients an agreed amount of call time.

Regular On-Site Engineer SLA Visits

We regularly visit clients to make sure that everything is working, and that issues are dealt with if ever they arise. These visits give us the opportunity to really understand what your business’ ongoing IT needs are. We can talk you through any up-and-coming requirements and alter your applications and IT support package to suit.

Remote Monitoring

We install monitoring software that report directly to our IT support helpdesk. These reports instantly show us if there are any problems. We will then address those problems to rectify them swiftly.

Software Updates

We install updates and new features as and when they become available. We usually do these updates out of hours to make sure disruption is kept to a minimum. We can set and change content filters and make sure security and access is always tight.
